Updated Election Information & Procedures

We hope to see every member at the upcoming election to be held on

Wednesday, September 23, 2026

Voting will take place between 5-7 PM at the 

Frank E Merriweather, Jr. Public Library
1324 Jefferson Avenue
Buffalo, NY 14208

There will be an opportunity for members to hear the candidates give a 3-minute presentation. 

Members do not need to stay for the presentation to vote, but votes must be done in person anytime between 5-7. 

Attached are updated procedures for submitting campaign materials, including the candidate’s optional platform statement. Note that the email address for website platform submissions has been changed. Please follow all directions carefully.
