Sub President Resigns; Vice President Takes Control; New VP, Delegate Named

Robert Jenkins, president of Substitutes United of Buffalo, resigned Monday, August 17, to pursue other opportunities.

Mr. Jenkins was elected president in September 2024 and would have been up for re-election in September.

He is succeeded by Chris Salamone, vice president of SUB, who will have to run for the office in the September 23 election to remain in the position.

President Jenkins appointed Delegate LaGuardia Billingslea as vice president. She will fulfill the remaining one-year term of Salamone, which expires in September 2027.

President Jenkins also appointed Mark Boyd as Delegate to fill the remaining one-year term of office held by Billingslea, which expires in September 2027.
