Substitutes United of Buffalo will conduct a virtual General Membership Meeting on Monday, June 8 from 5 to 7 p.m. to review and approve the 2026-27 budget and Constitution and Bylaws.
Only members in good standing will be allowed to participate. All participants must present their NYSUT identification number to vote.
The information to be voted on is being emailed to your personal email. If you do not receive it, contact Chris Salamone. Please read the document and make your choices before the meeting so you will be prepared to vote.
Rationale for changes to the Constitution and Bylaws, and information on the budget will be presented during the meeting by the Executive Committee prior to voting.
Voting will take place on camera, by a show of hands. Members who wish to vote must keep their cameras on during the proceedings.
To obtain your NYSUT identification number, go to the NYSUT website, NYSUT.org
Sign in with your username and password, or create a sign in.
Next, go to My NYSUT and there will be a blue box that says, Click Here to Learn More.
Your membership card will pop up and you can either copy your number or make a copy of the card for your wallet.
