New Substitute Management System***
Please be advised that effective July 1, 2025, the Buffalo School District will discontinue the use of Frontline/AESOP, our current absence management and substitute system.

The Distract issued the following announcement: We are excited to announce that we are transitioning to a new and improved substitute management system designed to better serve the needs of the district and its users.

What You Need to Know:

Additional information will be provided over the summer months. Training materials for the new system will be available on the Human Resources website by August 1, 2025.

Do not enter absences for the 2025–2026 school year in Frontline/AESOP. Any entries made will need to be resubmitted in the new system once it is launched.
