Message from SU/B President Robert W. Jenkins 

On behalf of the Executive Council of Substitutes United/Buffalo, I would like to thank all of the substitutes and their guests for attending our Jan. 9th Appreciation Dinner and making it a resounding success! 

Our main goal for having this event was to provide you with a good meal, a relaxed atmosphere, music, dancing and an opportunity to win some prizes, all at a reduced cost. We hope you had a good time and will share your experience with your substitute sisters and brothers so they can join us at our next event.

Approximately 65 people attended the event. Each received a commemorative keychain and 10 gift cards were awarded as door prizes. In addition, one lucky winner of a 50-50 split raffle was awarded $80, while the other $80  will go to charity. Two gift baskets containing lottery tickets, alcohol and food were also raffled.  

We will be planning another celebration soon and it should be very festive. We will keep you posted on the details as they become available. The more, the merrier!
